Pilates with Brit

A modern contemporary version of the classic Pilates. The class will start with a short introduction to Pilates-what it is, the foundations, and how to get the most out of it- and then lead into a 45 minute session where we will connect breath to movement, streamline long lean muscles while working from the “powerhouse” aka your core. Britany is certified in yoga and Pilates so you can expect some fusion between the two disciplines. You can also expect to be challenged yet leave refreshed, ready to take on your day 💗
1-3 lbs weights or soup cans
Yoga mat or something similar
Gliders or Kitchen towel and to work out on a hard surface (not carpet)
